Wholesale: Haven Custom Homes sells custom modular homes to an extensive and growing population of custom and semi-custom builders. Haven's systems allow our builder customers to procure 55-85% of a home in one contract, at a confirmed specification, for a price certain, while securing delivery on a date certain. Within the Wholesale channel of distribution, Haven's Certified Builders are afforded improved access to Haven's design, estimating, procurement marketing and branding systems.
Commercial: In addition to traditional residential products Haven in conjunction with its' partners can deliver turn-key solutions for commercial products to include lodging, senior living, specialized resort accommodations, schools, dormitories, and multi-level residential, retail and office.
